Our Communities.
"Education is for improving the lives of the others
and for leaving our community and the world better than you found it."

56% of the children in South Africa live below the poverty line (StatsSA, 2014).
Access to quality education is one of the most powerful weapons available to break the poverty cycle for these children. Like so many developing nations across the world, South Africa is struggling to deliver quality Primary Education to all of its children particularly with respect to Maths.
Green Shoots passionately believes in and strives to encourage this outcome of ‘Quality education for ALL.’ We know that the targeted use of technology is an potent tool which can assist in tackling the enormous problems facing the South African education system especially with respect to the gateway subjects including Maths & Science.
