Maths@Home delivers a structured and accountable homework system for grades 3-6 that learners enjoy using.
Maths@Home allows learners to practise Maths content and receive real-time feedback on their progress.The 15 min Brain Quests allows learners flexibility to easily engage with different Maths topics. Learners are encouraged to achieve by the increasing level of difficulty of the Brain Quests.
Maths@Home is available in both English & Afrikaans.
For use at home
Maths@Home allows parents/guardians to track each learner's progress in Maths throughout the year. There is an online report card for each term's work
The Maths@Home topics are structured into Terms, according to the South African Maths Curriculum (CAPS). Parents can monitor the achievement in each topic.
Brain Quest Challenges in each topic help learners prepare for the Annual National Assessments.
For after-school centres
Maths@Home is perfect for any group/ school/ organisation who want to assist learners with Maths without needing to have a Maths teacher on site.
We produce support materials for centre facilitators. These online resources enable facilitators to run a Maths@Home after school programme, including how best to monitor and motivate learners.
Maths@Home is currently being used by various after-school activity providers; including farming groups, NGOs providing after-school support, church groups, and schools. Click here for information.
